Liability Disclaimer
All party services and equipment provided by In Tents Fun Co. are used at the client’s own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of our setups. Clients must provide adult supervision at all times during the event.

Cleaning & Damage Policy
We take pride in clean, beautiful setups. Please return all items in the condition they were delivered. A cleaning or replacement fee will be charged for:

Excessive staining

Damage beyond normal wear and tear
Photography & Social Media Consent
We may take photos of the event setup for promotional use (website, social media, etc.). No children will be photographed or posted without prior written consent. If you prefer your event not be photographed, please let us know in writing before the party.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event, based on availability.
Allergy & Health Disclaimer
We use a variety of decorative materials, snacks (optional), and linens. While we sanitize all equipment between uses, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any known allergies or health concerns before your event.

Outdoor & Weather Policy
Outdoor setups are subject to weather conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event if weather conditions are unsafe (wind, rain, or extreme heat). It is the client’s responsibility to provide an indoor backup option if desired.

Travel & Service Area
In Tents Fun Co. is based in Marin County, CA, and serves surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 15-mile radius of central Marin.
